3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the service.

3.4 Server Connection: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect your Jellyfin server to our service and that doing so complies with all applicable laws and terms of service.

4.1 Subscription Plans: We offer Free and Pro subscription plans. Pro plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed in advance. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly, and yearly subscriptions are billed annually. By subscribing to a Pro plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

4.3 Automatic Renewal: Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5.1 Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may contact support within 30 days of your initial subscription to request a full refund.

5.2 Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team through your account dashboard or by email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5.3 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for the initial subscription period. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier accounts are not eligible for refunds as no payment is required.

5.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.

6.1 Availability: We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

6.3 Feature Changes: Features and functionality may be added, removed, or modified over time. We may change feature availability based on your subscription tier.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

8.1 Our Rights: The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to the service. By using the service, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the recommendation service.

8.3 Media Content: We do not claim ownership of media content in your Jellyfin library. Our service only analyzes metadata and viewing patterns to provide recommendations.

9.1 Disclaimer: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through your account settings or by contacting support.

10.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
